If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product.

*Please keep in mind that the pomades and beard care products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in texture for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12 month life, once opened.

We want you to be happy and confident about your purchase, so we try our best to accurately describe and categorize each product with as much detail as possible.

Return Window:

  • USA Customers: All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • International Customers: Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Holiday Extended return policy: USA orders: 60 days. International: 90 days

Website Orders:

We only accept returns or exchanges of product ordered here through our website, battleborngrooming.com. If you purchased Battle Born Grooming Co from authorized or unauthorized stockists or resources, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange, refund, or assist you with any issues you may encounter. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you decided to purchase from.

Defective Product:

Firstly, many apologies that your products have arrived in poor condition. This is never our intention at Battle Born Grooming Company.

Broken jars or issues with appearance: Begin return process by sending us order number and pictures to: hello(at)battleborngrooming.com - Wait for our return email with return authorization number before proceeding further.

Battle Born Grooming Company will replace any faulty items with the same product, however if the product is no longer available, we will refund the original credit card used to make the purchase.

Full refund or exchange.. Original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be repaid.

New Product (Unused):

It’s OK to open and smell, but no scooping. If you ordered an item by mistake, or do not like the scent of the product you ordered, we will gladly accept a return as long as the product is untouched, like new, and arrives undamaged.

  • We do not accept torn product boxes or greasy labels.
  • Expiration date and batch number must be printed and readable on bottom of jar.
  • Your purchase has to be made through our website.
  • You must provide your order number to us.

    If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned.

Product and tax refund: Product and tax amount will be refunded. Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address below. We do not offer exchanges. Simply return to our website and order what you would like after receiving your refund.

Credit Card Refunds:

Once the goods have been returned to us, we will process your refund as soon as possible, and in all cases within 14 days of your given notice.

Credit card refunds would be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.
