If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product.
We will only accept returns if the products are unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. We do not accept torn product boxes. If this is not the case then the item cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Defective Goods: Firstly, many apologies that your products have arrived in poor condition. This is never our intention at Battle Born Grooming Company.
Any damaged or defective items will be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage also refunded. Please keep proof of your postage. Battle Born Grooming Company will replace any faulty items with the same product, however if the product is no longer available, we will refund the original credit card used to make the purchase.
Please use our contact form to let us know whether you request a refund or would like a replacement. We will respond within 24 hours to arrange your return.
Once the goods have been returned to us, we will process your refund as soon as possible, and in all cases within 14 days of your given notice.
Credit card refunds would be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.
Please wrap your return products in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose a brief explanatory note including your name, order number and reason for return. Return to:
